"At a particular moment, whilst flying in a hot-air current, the pilot lost control and the glider took a steep dive, which led to an important increase in speed. Whilst the pilot tried to regain control of the glider and come out of the dive, both wings broke. The pilot in command gave the order to bale out, which he himself did and was uninjured.
